The provision of our bookkeeping and financial reporting Services is subject to a separate Service Agreement between you and Nxwlto. These Terms, and any rights and licenses granted hereunder, may not be transferred or assigned by you without the prior written consent of Nxwlto. Nxwlto may assign these Terms without restriction.
Nxwlto shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from any cause beyond Nxwlto's reasonable control, including, but not limited to, natural disaster, pandemic, terrorism, government regulation, riot, civil unrest, fire, or power outage.
